Browser storage and recommendations

My List, viewing progress, preferred servers and playback preferences are stored in your browser. Language choices may also be stored for the current browser session.

To request recommendations, the site sends a small selection of title identifiers from your saved list and viewing history to its recommendations endpoint. Search text and titles you open are also sent to the site to return results and playback information.

Clearing this site's browser storage removes locally saved preferences, lists and progress. It does not delete a report already submitted to the server.

Reports and server processing

When reporting is enabled, submitted names, email addresses, page URLs and report details are stored on the server for review. Avoid including information that is not needed to explain the issue.

The site caches or stores catalog and playback-source information. Hosting and network services may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details.

Third-party connections

Loading artwork, trailers or embedded players connects your browser to external services. They can receive technical request information and may use cookies or other storage under their own policies. Connections can begin when a player loads, before you press play.

Where playback is relayed through MovieFox, its server also requests media from an external source. MovieFox does not control the privacy or advertising practices of those providers.
